Yard Butler is experiencing shipment delays due to the increased volume of goods shipping nationwide. Non essential goods can take up to 8-10 business days due to these delays by our carriers.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipments vary in cost based on product weight, location, and shipment method.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS?
To protect you from fraudulent shipment adjustments, we can not allow you to change your shipment address after your order has been processed.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed after 9:00pm EST are shipped the next business days. All weekend orders will ship out the following Monday.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days Central to the West Coast, and 8-10 business days Central to East Coast.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
UPS Tracking information is automatically sent by UPS when the package is scanned and loaded to our trucks. If you do not receive a tracking email from UPS please contact customer support.
WHAT COURIERS DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?
Domestic Orders are shipped using Fedex, UPS, or USPS. International Orders leave the US via DHL.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
We unfortunately can not ship to PO boxes. If you need a product to be shipped to somewhere other than your home or office, contact customer support.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY SHIPMENT?
Shipments of product valued over $500 require a signature upon dropoff.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE DOESN’T ARRIVE OR IS LOST OR STOLEN?
That’s no good! Contact customer support and we will do everything we can to get the issue straightened out.
HOW DO I RETURN A PURCHASE?
Customer satisfaction is our mission. We understand an item may not be an ideal fit and needs to be returned. You may return your item(s) purchased on YardButler.com or we will gladly exchange them within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Merchandise must be in unused, new condition that can be put back to inventory. If any repackaging is required, a 20% restock fee will apply.
- Contact Yard Butler customer support to receive an RMA for the return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
- We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number for the return package
- Yard Butler is not responsible for lost packages.
- Proof of purchase in the form of an Order Number or Receipt number is required for all returns.
- Items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the store.
