Do you ship outside of the United States?
No. At this time we only offer shipping to United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii by regular UPS Ground shipment. Items are shipped directly from the factory in Mexico to your home and due to customs and other possible unforeseeable delays we are unable to offer expedited shipment.
Can my shipping & billing address be different?
Yes. You will be able to specify a different shipping and billing address if you need to.
How much is shipping?
We calculate shipping through UPS and look for the lowest possible UPS ship rate when calculating shipping cost.
How does my order ship?
All of our orders are shipped with UPS.
When will you ship my order?
Most items leave our warehouse within 24 hours. UPS delivery time is normally 3 to 10 days after you place your order. Depending on season and current stock of individual tools some shipments may take 4 to 6 days to leave the warehouse. Some larger items may be shipped by truck and take longer to arrive. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and provide you the opportunity to cancel or change your order.

What is your product guarantee?
Any item purchased from the YardButler.com store may be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange or credit for any reason. It must be in the same condition as you received it.
All return credits and refunds exclude any delivery charges. Yard Butler will replace any tool damaged in shipping as long the item was purchased from our store.

What is your Return Policy?
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Care for return instructions at 858-435-2470.
2. Repack your item in the original shipping container. Insert a copy of your order invoice and shipping invoice.
3. Make sure your Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
