Shipping & Returns

Shipments vary in cost based on product weight, location, and shipment method.
To protect you from fraudulent shipment adjustments, we cannot allow you to change your shipment address after your order has been processed.
Orders placed after 9:00pm EST are shipped the next business day. All weekend orders will ship out the following Monday.
Ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days from Central to the West Coast and 8-10 business days from Central to the East Coast.
UPS Tracking information is automatically sent by UPS when the package is scanned and loaded to our trucks. If you do not receive a tracking email from UPS, please contact customer support.
Domestic Orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS, or USPS. International Orders leave the US via DHL.
We unfortunately cannot ship to PO boxes. If you need a product to be shipped to somewhere other than your home or office, contact customer support.
Shipments of product valued over $500 require a signature upon dropoff.
That’s no good! Contact customer support and we will do everything we can to get the issue straightened out.

Customer satisfaction is our mission. We understand an item may not be an ideal fit and needs to be returned. You may return your item(s) purchased on YardButler.com or we will gladly exchange them within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Merchandise must be in unused, new condition that can be put back to inventory. If any repackaging is required, a 20% restock fee will apply.

Notice:

  • Contact Yard Butler customer support to receive an RMA for the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable
  • We highly recommend obtaining a tracking number for the return package
  • Yard Butler is not responsible for lost packages.
  • Proof of purchase in the form of an Order Number or Receipt number is required for all returns.
  • Items purchased at a retail store must be returned to the store.

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. The timing for the credit to your account will vary based on your financial institution. For questions concerning your return, please contact Yard Butler Customer Service at 800-589-7058.
